Does anybody know of any software that can convert mpg or avi to swf?

While I've got you on the subject, (and I can't believe nobody
answered the last time I asked this), but how do you keep imported
..mov's or .mpg's or .avi's from getting all blocky and pixelated after
exporting as a swf file?

In such cases I prefer to use Video to Flash Converter becouse nothing can do this job with such good quality. http://www.geovid.com/video_to_flash_converter/
