Trying to create text that can scroll...

| I'm somewhat new to flash and was trying to create text that scrolls. It
has a background with the text and an image header. The background won't
necessarily scroll when the user scrolls the text, but the image header
will. to make the header scroll with the text i put it on the same layer
and it still won't scroll with the text. however the background image is
supposed to stay while the text and the header image scrolls. How can this
be done?
thanks,
Mike Irvan

I am not clear exactly what you are after and you should allways say
which version of Flash you are using.
If you create a text box and normally you use dynamic text then simply
drag a scroller bar onto the text box outline and it should work.
I assume this is what you mean and not scrolling automaticly
