Its a long time since I used flash 5 I dont think you can do it with
version 5 there are some effects with MX and Flash 8 But I suspect
that this was done with Sothink software http://www.sothink.com/ there
swf quicker has load sof these effects that you can do in seconds. It
also lets you open a swf and add the effects.
You can download Sothinks stuff to try for 15 days. If you just want a
quick little flash movie there better and simpler than flash
