Hello,

I was wondering if somebody knew any public identifiers for SGML
declarations that can be used in the <!SGML mydecl PUBLIC ... >
declaration. So far the only one I have found is "+//IDN W3C.ORG//SD HTML
Version 3.2//EN" for the HTML 3.2 declaration.

[I appreciate that nobody really declares SGML declarations explicitly,
since a DTDDECL catalog entry makes more sense. Anyway I thought I'd ask,
since I've got this little reference website set up where I try to
collect useful information in one place
(http://www.srcf.ucam.org/~tk281/sgmlindex) *plug* *plug* ]

Cheers,

Thomas K
