I have an application requiring near-real-time (~ 2 sec. latency max.)
streaming of live audio and video from a WinXP laptop with a USB
camera and mic over a cellular EVDO Rev. A uplink (400 - 500 Kbps),
using s/w-only compression. Ideally, the player on the viewer's end
wouldn't require a plug-in; if it did, then something of very small
size and ease of installation. I'm looking for someone who can
provide me with the solution and assist with implementation. This is
a paying project.
