Hi.. back again, and still using PSP7.04

Am looking once again for color reduction, error diffusion
(or is that dithering?) plugins/filters. Payware is ok, but not
complex control panel.

Also seeking detailed description/tutorial of Unsharp Mask
since I keep it set R1.5, C3.0 and typically Strength 24-32.

I can't help with any color reduction better than that built into
PSP 7, but here is one of many descriptions of USM:

Thanks for that. Sometimes when using the `reduce to 32k´ and
`reduce to 64k´ functions, the color count ends up being ~1500.
Also would like more color reduction to 256 pallet options. Have
looked over the link above and google'd Unsharp Mask.
