Back on 22/08 I commented how Jerky Rivers got no response for his stupid
postings in Corel's NG.

Now he entertains the group by posting even more and more stupid-out of
focus-uninteresting pictures.

Go ahead puppet. I command you to keep posting under the same name so my
plonk filter keeps you out of bounds. (And please, do not ban me from
posting over there, I'm so afraid you do do)

Don't like em, don't down load 'em. if it gives you sexual
satisfaction to masturbate to climax while making posts like that,
I will have accomplished something of use.

(yes, I know, normal folks, I am feeding the trolls, but sometimes
it is fun)

No Jerry, it's never fun to feed the trolls, specially if you have to resort
to your XXX language to do so. If you HAVE to post the pictures you do in
Corel's NG, although Paolo is right in that they hardly disturb the waters
over there, you DON'T have to use that language in here. Unfortunately there
is no moderator in this NG, so I cannot threat, like you do, to ban you from
doing as you wish, but you should refrain of using that language and keep it
into your house if your family agrees with it.

I do not "have" to do anything, not post in CN and not do what
you want. This is America where we do what we want and don't do
what we don't want. As to banning, YOU or anyone else, troll or
twit, cannot "ban" anyone. An ISP/NSP can "ban" someone upon good
cause, but one user cannot "ban" another user. Likewise, whether
I do or don't post to CN or whether any/all of lots of folks do
or don't post to CN, /nobody/ can ban anyone there either.
However, it is FAR easier to get the parent company, who lives in
a foreign company protected behind a privately held holding
company, to do /their/ brand of "ban", by simply reporting
alleged bad people to whom is known as the Forum Manager.
Reporting by itself doesn't get anyone banned, but the FM has
said, in effect, that he doesn't want his company site turned
into a chat room nor to emulate Usenet. So, no end-user can
"ban" anyone, but legitimate "owners" of a site can - and do.

So, one more time, I do NOT threaten to "ban" someone, I have
suggested that I will not tolerate certain kinds of behavior and
may, at my discretion, /report/ said alleged inappropriate action
to one who /can/ ban (no quotes this time). In one respect you
are correct in that virtually no Usenet NG is moderated but CN
is. My point has been - and - that I don't want to see CN
business here and I don't want Usenet business on CN. They are
two separate entities under entirely different rules and with
entirely different ways of doing something about alleged
violations of rules or alleged violations of an FAQ or alleged
violations of the TOS of one's ISP or NSP.

So, if you don't want ME to feed the trolls, why are YOU feeding
a troll - maybe I am one - or why are you posting drivel/babble
which may incite the target troll(s) to retaliate engendering yet
another "please don't feed the troll".

I used lots of words to graphically illustrate why using your
brand of peer pressure not only doesn't work, it actually
exacerbates whatever may or may not already be going on.So, tell
you what. Why don't you mind YOUR business on Usenet and and YOUR
business on CN, and leave me alone, lest I change from XXX to
something that is more easily discerned than "XXX". In short,
mind your own XXX business, and do not mind mine. Got it?

You need to understand a fundamental truth here, but I know your
feeble cognitive skills won't be able to - I do not /threaten/ to
do anything. Long before I say anything, I have already taken
whatever action(s) I deem important from nothing to a text
comment to a report to the FM. What happens after that results
from a /promise/ to do something or not do something, not a
threat. Just because nothing has happened yet for whatever I did
or didn't say or what anyone else did or didn't say does NOT mean
that it never will, as abuse and rules/TOS investigations do not
at all result in instand excommunication, they result in an
/investigation/ and a watch list. As I elucidated already, I
don't have the power to "ban" anyone anymore than you do, but
them with the power can - and have.

What would this gentlemen say if they take a look at your postings?

Buono, Butch - Leslie, Tim P. - Rozman, Marc G. - Belli, Lou
Mordarski, Mike E. - Huyghe, Jerry - Green, Roe
Baker, Roy A. - Lumetta, Vincent

Wouldn't it be a shame to share your bad words with them? Whay would your
mommy say?

Hmmm??? Perhaps it would be a good idea to email them directly a copy of
your profanity in this NG.

Your comments not only won't be welcomed, they will be, as your pictures,
out of focus.

Even though there is no moderator here, almost every poster uses an ISP
or News Service Provider when they post here. All of them have terms of
service that require their users to obey certain rules. It's quite
interesting that Jerry Rivers has changed the service that he uses to
post to Usenet recently. After his appalling behaviour of a few months
back he no longer posts using Giganews (who provide Usenet services for
Comcast), but instead posts via Supernews. This may or may or not mean
something.
In any case, Supernews requires that their subscribers obey certain
rules, which you can view at http://www.supernews.com/about/tos.html and
especially http://www.supernews.com/about/aup.html. If you believe that
a Supernews user has behaved badly, you can bring this to the notice of
Supernews by emailing abuse@supernews.com

No shit?! Why didn't I think of that. Just this Tuesday morning,
SN significantly upgraded their documentation, including a brand
new TOS, sanitized of things which formerly made it both an
illegal contract and an unenforceable one. And, they added an AUP
with purports to define the definitions of terms they use to
describe various kinds of security issues, TOS/AUP violations,
their policies on abuse, etc. Further, as I suspect you already
know, I have been in contact with SN for the past two weeks on
exactly just this issue. And, lest YOU blow your own feet off,
you should be aware that criminal activity is taking place at
Comcast, Giganews, and Supernews - not them, imbeciles - that is
being investigated by their respective security offices as well
as law enforcement officials. So, before you make idle or real
threats to me, you must be aware that whatever you say is being
monitored and recorded not only by me, but them I mentioned and
quite a number of other organizations I did not.

As to me changing services, think again. Unless you're also an
idiot as well as an imbecile, look around and check my headers.
You will quickly see that NOTHING has changed. I have MORE than
two accounts, and I leave it to you to figure which I use when.
But, they are ALL being used properly, and within both the
respective TOS/et al, but more importantly, within the law, as
defined at the city, country, state, and Federal levels.

I forgot to mention to you that while I am very proud of being 2nd
generation Chrysler, my world neither revolves around you, nor
CEMA, so if you decide to start E-mailing the Board of Directors,
you better be swinging a big bat with an attorney who will defend
you against a defamation of character suit I will bring to court
against you as well as utilize my rights under the current
incantation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act to prosecute you in
Federal court for criminally violating MY civil rights.

Tread carefully, P Trigo, you are being monitored carefully at
multiple levels and it wouldn't be wise for you to mouth off
further to me, here, on CN, or anywhere. You best course of action
is to immediately stand down and quietly go back to lurking.

(while you're at it, look at my headers to see where I'm posting
from)

Oh, man, you are such a clown. A sad, paranoid clown, painted on black

Jerry changed his posting nick name to "Hemi-Powered" from "All Things
Mopar" after being "promised" that his vulgar, racial, woman hating and
stupid rants would be emailed to Chrysler. I made the comment that I
wondered what Chrysler legal eagles would think of his using the word
"Mopar" in connection to such horrific and profane public postings. Gives
the company a bad name.

As far as being a member of CEMA, I can't see what the big deal is anyway,
they are just car buffs who have to pay dues to be a member. You can read
all about them by following the link in Jerry's sig tag. The acronym may
look "official" but the organization seems to be just a very enthusiastic
group of folks who just love cars, i.e., CHRYSLER cars. Big deal. Jerry pays
to be a member just like everyone else.

Incidentally, my husband has received the Gold Pinstar Award from Chrysler
three times, and the Silver Pinstar Award twice, for excellence in
engineering and delivery of Chrysler parts- for the New Yorker and later the
LHS. He worked for many years in the automotive parts industry, and has met
Lee Iacocca on many occasions. Joe says he's a really nice guy.:-) Makes me
wonder how Chrysler put up with Jerry as he is obviously not a nice guy.
Jerry Rivers is an embarrassment to the automotive industry, not to mention
the human race and America as a whole.

Maybe Jerry was "acquired" by Chrysler when they "acquired AMC"- he does
remind me a lot of a Pacer- a little car with not much power, too much glass
and was an eyesore that is now obsolete.

I do fear that one day Jerry will pop a vein in the very tiny thing he uses
for a brain and we will all be denied of his presence. :-)

Did you copy headers for Chrysler? Aren't those the funny looking exhaust
tubes that make horrible sounds, just like you do?

Do you need the CIA and the FBI to protect you from a bunch of people who
dislike you?

I guess those agencies have a little more important things to do than that,
but anyway, here's my cent to contribute to your cause, for what it's worth,
keep this NG for yourself and your stupidities. Funny how moron you can be.

Oh, you mean Supernews, whose parent company was caught in fraud?

"The U.S. Security and Exchange Commission's investigation of fraud at

against three former company executives for participating in a plan to
fraudulently bolster financials in 2000."

Oh, almost forgot. I want to thank you - again -for allowing me
the priviliege of copying your headers, this time they went not
to your ISP/NSP but to a tort law attorney and a civil rights law
attorney. You best hope I don't build a good enough case against
you for what you said about me above that would constitute
slander, libel, defamation of character, violation of my civil
rights or all 3. If so, you can count on flying in for some
depositions and possibly some court cases or even some criminal
indictments and you can explain exactly why you said all those
nasty-but-ill-advised-and-100%-false things about me and my
company.

Hope you're enjoying this as much as I am!

sure! OE6 almost never, Xnews 6.12 for text and small binaries.
Rocketfuel and PP2K for large numbers of posts. On CN, I use OE6
almost exclusively and Xnews very little. And the purpose of the
question is what? Note: if you talk to someone who says they lie
all the time, how do you tell if they are lying now, i.e., a lie
of a lie becomes a truth. So, it is for me to know and for you to
find out all the news readers I use/have used and all the NSP
accounts I use/have used. Which you can read in headers, so I'd
guess Mrs. Joske you don't know how and/or are too lazy

look at the headers, Mrs. Joske, and compare this one to one I
just posted to you in this very same NG in reply to this very
same inane - and insane - post of yours. Then, go look at CN and

Oh, but I must respond, you see I have OCD, Mrs. Joske. So, I am
responding mainly so that you - whether you have plonked me or
not - understand how much I appreciate your continuing string of

I don't talke out of school and I do not provide confidential
information on an open channel, so you will have to believe
whatever it is YOUR sick mind wants to. But, just for the
records, you can easily see that I am not blocked at any NSP you
have on record, and just because I choose not to use one or more
of my accounts, of which you have no knowledge, is neither proof
of guilt nor innocence, and is not any indication of
"grovelling". What it IS, though is none of your XXXXing

No shit? I was "banned" for about 24 hours due to a mistake. I
just said to another of your master-baiter buds that you cannot
tell if I am lying or not if I tell you I always lie. So, what
you quoted above is exactly what I just said right now -
operative word being "mistake". Now, if you think you have
successfuly hacked into my PC or Corel, think again, troll.

Well, that explains a lot. You know, they have very good meds for Obsessive
Compulsive Disorder these days. I think you may need to have your doctor
prescribe something, like a frontal lobotomy.

Hmmmm... 24 hours = A few days? You seem to lack math skills along with
all your other problems.

I'll take the literal definition of 'master-baiter', as you seem to
always reply, not to mention, popping vein or two in the process.

yes, Wendy and you should get yourself some - immediately. You do
know sarcasm from truth don't you? No, I don't imagine someone as
pathologicially stupid and ignorant as you would ...

Jerry, you may own some cool looking muscle cars, but facts are facts,
your photography lacks muscle and is weak.
