Your subject said "underexposure", but the problem with your image
is the overexposure of the white flower. You cannot bring out
detail that isn't in the image, and much of that flower is very
overexposed so that it is pure white and doesn't contain any detail
to bring out, I'm afraid.

You can't recover data that's not there. You'll have to retake the
image.

Yes - over - I kept thinking 'over' - 'under' - 'over' and really
confused myself.
