| This is a good week for bargain shoppers. Best Buy has PSP X on sale
again for $29.99 after rebate and if you are of PS persausion Staples is
offering Elements 4 for $39.99 (upgrade rebate involved, the cheapest I
can recall seeing this overpriced product). Other places are insisting
Mom needs a digital camcorder and a $2500 plasma TV to show her movies of
Jr. on, so why not image editing software?
After saying I probably wouldn't buy X, the last $30 sale snagged me, and
I can't say I'm disappointed. The automatic stuff works pretty well and
in general things are better arranged than PSP 9, which remains on my
computer if I need controls orphaned in X. From what I've read it's the
full equivalent of Elements 4, which earlier discussion here suggests is
dumbed down from 3, so I look for the latter bundled the next time I need
Wacom tablet. Anybody tried the 4 x 6 Graphire?
