| At the moment Outlook Express is set so that when I reply to a Newsgroup
post it "top Posts" and I would like to change the settings so that my
reply is at the bottom, below the quote. Does anyone know where the
setting are; I've looked every where for it. Thanks.

If I understand your question, just left click after the last word in the
quote and start typing your response from there. When posted that's how it
will appear. And if you wish to clip part of the quote that's unimportant
to your response, left click and drag over the part you wish to delete and
click on "backspace".

| Thanks for your reply Tom, yes your suggestion would certainly work, but as
you might notice in my reply to you, it has "top posted". The problem is
that I have a signature which appears above the quote; to do it your way I
would have to delete my signature and retype it again.

Can't be done with the 'naked' Outlook Express, but there is a solution: OE
QuoteFix. Many here use it, it's free (but donate if you like it!) and can
be found here: http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/oe-quotefix/

Thank YOU for being considerate enough to try to overcome this very
newsgroup-unfriendly behavior of OE.
