| Hi all...
I have used PSP in various versions for many years. I purchased the upgrade
to PSPX and installed it a while back.
So far so good.
Last week I had to format my PC. I re-installed the PSPX upgrade, without
first installing PSP9 (my bad), and the program would not allow me to
activate it.
I uninstalled PSPX, ran zapps.exe, and installed PSP9, which installed fine.
Re-installed PSPX, which still will not allow activation.
All I get is the splash screen telling me how many days I still have on my
trial version.
I know there should be buttons "Already purchased" and/or "Activate now" in
the same screen, but these do not appear.
Spent 35mins on the phone, and also through email to Corel support, but to
no avail.
Can anyone please help?
Many thanks
Dave

If this was a Downloaded version. look in the folder via explorer and pick
the setup exe with the word Premium in the name

Thanks Trev...
It was a download, and I do have that EXE, and that is the one I used to
install PSPX, always with the same result - no Activation button.
Regards
