Anyone know where I can get an admission ticket preset - like the old
carnival/games/movies tickets where it says "Admit One" with a serial
number on it? Googled for a bit but was unsuccessful. Or a tutorial for
a ticket like shown at http://preview.tinyurl.com/yyw7zd
Thanks
PS - A PNG file would suffice as well.

Thanks for the help.
I guess after asking for the admit one ticket, I was really hoping to
make one like at http://preview.tinyurl.com/yyw7zd
Any ideas for a newbie on how to start making one like that?

I hate to state the obvious, but to create any graphic with a
program requires some knowledge of using its graphic creation
tools. It sounds like you don't even know where to start with
creating a rectangular ticket, which leads me to believe you will
have to start with some basic tutorials on using the graphic
tools.

I don't create much in the way of original graphic stuff
(although I could make a ticket but I'm not about to write a
tutorial on it!) but many people in the Corel Paint Shop Pro
groups do lots of graphic stuff and might be able to point you to
some relevant tutorials on the net to get you started. You could
sign up for the Paint Shop Pro Graphics group on Corels site by
going to the link below then scrolling down to find that group
and clicking on that link. It will automatically set up Outlook
Express to subscribe to the group for you.

Good luck.

I have an old-time type of ticket as .png for sale here:
http://neocognition.com/embellishments/ticket.shtml
Dimensions on it are 594x288, it's designed for digital scrapbooking,
but could probably be used for just about anything you want.
