Ripped, Jagged edge or Pinking Shear effect
|

| I have a scan of an A4 document & wish to remove the bottom one third,
leaving the bottom edge as a ripped effect (like "pinking shears").
The result will be placed in a Publisher document, surrounded by white
space, so I guess I'm looking for a jagged line across the bottom.
I can the crop OK, but wondering if there is an easy way to get the
jagged edge effect without having to do manual line draws.
Thanks to anyone that can help
Gary

Tear of the bottom of a sheet of A4 scan . Change the colour to match your
document and paste as new layer.
Pick a deckle type brush and eraser the bottom edge.
Do same but use the warp brush in noise mode

As usual, there are many ways. If these do not fit your idea, try
searching http://www.psplinks.com for "torn" without the quotation
marks to see many more.
