Masks/Motion Blur - Migrating from PSP7 to Studio

| I'm way behind the power curve on PSP and just upgraded to PSP Studio
from PSP7. A couple of quick questions as I'm getting used to the new
menus:
1. Where have the Masks items been moved? I've looked at all the menus
numerous times and can't seem to find them.
2. Has motion blur been removed as well? Can't find either.

In Paint Shop pro 9 masks are under Layers > New Mask Layer.

In Paint Shop Pro 9 motion blur is under Adjust > Blur >
Motion Blur.

Studio is a simplified variant of Paint Shop Pro. I suspect
that the features you mentioned are not included. The comparison
matrix of the two products does not get into that level of
