Author Best Grayscale Conversion Filters for PSP?

I have Photoshop and some filters but I just don't like using Photoshop
unless I have to. I do most of my work in PSP and like it a lot. I would
like to get some filters so I do the best grayscale conversion possible. I
tend to take a lot of images and would like to speed up the process if
possible.

My collection.

Adjust > Color Balance > Channel Mixer can be set to achieve any mix
of colors into greyscale, equaling all those filters. It comes with
several presets. One of them is YFromRGB, which approximates the
sensitivity of the human eye with 30% red, 59% green, 11% blue. You
can of course make your own to match any filter that you like.
