Hi,

I loaded PS PRO onto my "D" drive, but in my "C" drive I now see
afolder called, "My PSP Files"

Not one single item in the MY PSP FILES is useable...I clicked on
everyone file and got a big Goose Egg for each one.

Where did I go wrong? Does it make sense to have a folder called, "My
PSP Files, and when I open it, the individual files open, BUT are
blank!

Heeeeelp and Thaaaaanks!

Mike

When PSP is installed, it puts its native resouces (scripts,
brushes, textures and etc.) in sub-folders under the main program
folder where the program is installed. Then is creates a separate
set of folders called My PSP Files, usually found under the My
Documents folder. These folders are initially empty. They are
where you are supposed to store any new resources you create (like
presets, scripts, etc.) or obtain from other sources. If you have
to uninstall PSP for any reason, it will uninstall the folders
that contain its native resources but will not uninstall the My
PSP Files folders. That way when you re-install PSP you will get
the native resources back and will not have to go searching again
for the third party resources or those you created yourself.

In File>Preferences>File Locations you want to make sure that, for
each resource folder, you have a path to the original native
folders as well as a path to the My PSP Files folders for PSP to
be able to see any resources you put into the My PSP Files
folders.

Thanks for that explanation--now it makes sense!
