Does anybody know where I can find a radial blur filter for PSP 8.1. thanks

| I think that once upon a time it was suggested to be done with the 'polar
distortion' effect. I remember something like that long ago, where the idea
was convert to polar, apply a blur, then convert polar back to rectangular.
It could be scripted, of course, so you'd have the convenience of a 'canned'
filter.

I actually figured it out myself a few days after I posted. Was reading up
on some tutorials and it got me thinking.
Polar Coordinates
rotate 90° cw
distortion>wind
rotate 90° ccw
Polar Coordinates
Tried it with motion blur and wind, basically the same effect.
