| Anyone suggest a way to create a TV/monitor effect on an image? I've
seen some TV scan lines tutorials, but not what I'm looking for.
Help?

Perhaps you will say more about what you are looking for, if not
scan lines. Can you refer to an example somewhere on the net?

Without scan lines, my experience with TV and monitor display is
that they look like any other image, even printed ones. Perhaps if
you would let us know exactly what it is you are looking for
somebody might have a hint as to how to achieve it.

Then what ARE you looking for? Would you like advice on how to add
knobs and and a remote control to your images?

Yeah, most PSP sites are worthless. Try adding "noise" to your image.

to taste
