I did try searching google with no real luck, i.e. 0 results on a detailed
search and way too many on a non-detailed search.
Anyone have any links to downloadable presets or tutorials on how to create
them?

Well to create them adjust the settings for which ever filter then click the
Floppy icon to save those settings as a preset.
As for downloading You can get the ones from previous versions of psp.

Thanks, do you know if there is a greeting card preset?
I see business card and postcard. If not I guess I would try to make it.
Just figured I could save time if someone already had.
