I just think more of their products than you do. Were I interested in PSP
X the price is more than reasonable. I'd even pay that much for a version
of Elements, although reviews suggest that 4 might be a bastardized
version of 3, just a X is a "gee, ain't it easy!" version of 9, with which
I'm satisfied. I could use full version of Painter, but the basic
(bundled with my tablet) one I have will probably do since I don't use it
much.

I also like CorelDraw, aside from it not exporting all formats well.
What's the Adobe analog, Illustrator? I'd like to try it, but not at an
Adobe price. Why not tell us about the Adobe "elements version" of that?
Or is there a Gimpization? Since you're (apparently) big of freeware, why
not suggest some no-cost alternatives?

And I also am current on Word Perfect, which I'm sure you will have a bad
word for too. That's your basic hypocricy, it's guilt by association
rather than what a software package can do. Why don't you tell a few
reasons Word, in all it'c cockamamie ways, is better. Or are you an Open
Office guy?

Corel Draw will export to the Illustrator format *.ai as well as
PhotoShop *.psd. In fact the number of the export file formats
available is considerably larger than Illustrators.

You can exchange basic vector paths between Draw and PSP by using the
EMF format.

Why? Then you wouldn't have to purchase different applications, of
theirs, and wouldn't make a bundle off you.

:-)

Remember, if Ron Lacey claims it's good, you know it's a POS.
