Author What to do with Animation Shop 3?

After downloading an upgrade from PSP7 to PSP9 I also have a setup file
for Animation Shop 3 which is already installed from my anniversary
edition of PSP7.

Would I be able to email this setup file to someone as a gift and them
be able to register it etc as it's a spare license?

No the upgrade is dependent on you having(and Keeping) a previous Version
see the licence

Thanks Trev. I could see how this applies to PSP but it wasn't clear to
me with regard to AS3 as I now have 2 copies of the same product.
