| How long has it been since the big takeover, two, three weeks?
Already, and the last two notes to support have not been answered, not
even the automatic ones.

I don't know what's going on, but have dealt with Jasc for many yrs,
and they always return comment things. I've even had on going
conversations with guys up there, to solve a problem. I wanna see it
this post causes anything, apparently not in our Kris.

I sent a message to tech help after the acquisition. A reply took two or
three days longer than usual, but it came - and the info solved my problem.

I think you may find that some old jasc urls are no more and you now have to
use the Corel route needing some registering and login in to use
