PSP9.00 and PSP9.01
|

| Hi all,
downloaded the files supplemental to
my PSP9.00 from
http://www.jasc.com/support/custome...9components.asp
I see there is a new version, PSP9.01.
What are the differences compared to 9.00?
Do I need to get a plug-in to upgrade?
Thanks, Siggi
P.S. Printed Christmas and New Year
cards yesterday, using PSP9. A great
program!

No need for a plug-in, just download and install the patch. It is a
bug-fix patch, correcting about 80 defects named in the list that
comes with it. It also introduces a few new ones, of which you can
read the complaints here or in the Jasc forums. Most folks like 9.01
better, but if one of its defects hits a sensitive spot for you, it
is easily uninstalled from the Control Panel.

The 9.01 patch is only for the US English Version at present It fixed most
of the bugs in 9 and added a rollup bug. They easy way is to check from the
help menu for updates

I added the monitor of my old comp so I dont worry about Rollups as there
over on the other screen. Prior to that I'm PSP 7 days, I used to use the
keyboard to open and shut as they always rolled up as I was moving down the
layer list

| One of the most important functions of newsgroups is to give information.
You are still clueless.

Newsgroups can be used for many different activities all at the same time.
