How do I STOP Browser from scanning RM files with PSP 9?

With PSP 9, if there is a .RM (real media) file in my folder, the browse
feature takes FOREVER scanning that file. I do NOT have .RM files
listed in my file associations for PSP 9. How do I get it to ignore
these files? Thanks.

See Help > Index > Browser, excluding file types from.

Thanks, but Real Media files (*.rm) aren't on the list it asks me to
chose from to exclude. Is there a way to ADD *.rm files to the list? I
appreciate your help.

Hi. I do not find a list in the PSP registry tree, so guess it is
hard coded. I would suggest you post a request for it in the PSP
board, Feature Requests group at http://forums.jasc.com. Corel
monitors that for suggestions. Another route is the customer care
page at http://www.jasc.com/support/contact/ by telephone or email.
