Uninstall. Download and run this program:
ftp://ftp.jasc.com/pub/ZapJasc.exe
Then reinstall.

You are saying you uninstalled, ran the ZapJasc program
choosing to eradicate everything, and then reinstalled
right? You didn't simply uninstall and reinstall instead,
which is what you said originally, right? If you have
run the ZapJasc program, I suggest you contact Technical
Support at techsup@jasc.com giving them that information.
