PSP 9 adding nodes to a contour
|
|
|
| I just downloaded PSP 9. After drawing a circle I wanted to add a node.
Just as in PSP 8 you have to press the control key while moving the
cursor over the contour of the circle. However, nothing happens. In PSP
8 you see "Add" appear on the screen as a sign that you can add a node.
Help tells me that the same should happen in PSP 9, but it doesn't. Any
idea what I have to do to add a node?
Thanks,
Walter

Are you by chance using those new shapes tools rather then the ones in pre
set . The presets work as before

To add some further information, I also can't edit existing nodes. It
seems that PSP 9 doesn't recognize nodes at all.

Ron & Dave use Adobe Illustrator for their vector work.

If you are using the new ellipse which I think you are right click and
select convert to path. Then you can edit as a pre set shape like you did in
8. the same shapes as you had in 8 are in the preset shapes that's the last
in the fly out (key P )
