Screen capture in PSP 9 suddenly will not work. After clicking on "start" to
capture, when I right click to set capture starting point I get the usual
options window instead of the cross for the capture starting point.

Any suggestions?

All appreciated.

I have not used the "screen capture" option in years.
I push the "print screen" button on my keyboard, then paste as a new image.

If I only want the active dialog box I press ALT and Print Screen at the
same time, then paste as a new image.

Sorry I do not know how to repair the app for you.

I have to agree with Kate. Print screen is easier but I just use a free
utility called HoverSnap that allows you to make a selection of the area you
want so there's no need to crop it later. You can also do whole screen if
wanted.

I'm not a user either But if you where trying to capture a psp window then
you need to open another instance of psp to do it.
As its mostly psp windows I capture I use windows built in capture

Perhaps some other program you're running is more aggressive at
intercepting a mouse right click than is PSP. You might have better luck
using a hotkey as the screen-capture trigger.

Oh, oh, I guess I should compile a list of PSP-9 bugs. I better use
Microsoft Word, because Notepad probably won't be able to handle the length.
