Author Plug ins and PSP9

I have just installed my new version 9 and am having the same trouble with
some of my plug-ins that I had with version 8; that is that, when I select
some of these plug-ins, PSP just closes completely. Is there something I can
do to correct this?

Contact Technical Support for help. Don't keep the names and
author of the plug-ins secret from them as you did from us.
It may be that the plug-ins are not written correctly to
support scripting. It may be something else. It all depends
on what you are dealing with. For instance, I have many
plug-ins and they work just fine.

Thank you, Kris. I was not intentionally keeping them a secret; I just can
never remember which ones they are since they are not filters that I use
frequently. The one I can name off the top of my head is DC Special's
Rich-n-r. I used to use them frequently, but my use of the computer has
slowed down a bit due to real life rearing its ugly head and now I'm having
to refresh my memory and skills.

Thanks for your quick response!

Please don't post binaries to a text-only group. Next time
use a group with binaries in the name instead and post the
subject line you used in that group in this one.

Thanks, Sheri. Still no luck. I also installed the plugin patch, but no
luck. Oh well. Like you, I have more filters than sense and probably won't
miss the few that won't work.

Actually it may be as simple as not having all the dlls you need to run
them.....here is a zip of dlls..I use XP so the go in your windows system 32
folder...if you are using an older version of windows....I believe they
would go into your system folder.....I had a problem with some of my plugins
not working when I first got psp9..but since installing the dlls I havent
had any problems...and have more filters than I do sense...enjoy
