Real-time capture card with component I/O?

| Hi,
I have to capture from Betacam and record to Betacam with my PC.
The PC is strong enough (1 GB Ram, 2.8GHZ processor, 1 SCSI,
2 IDE HDs etc.). Can you please recommend a card which can handle
these processes? Cheaper is better, if it does a decent job.
Thanks in advance.

| The cheapest way to go with component capture is the ADS PYRO A/V Link, which outputs to DV-Firewire. The only real drawback is the DV 4:1:1 capture can be apparent in bright color edges. Other more expensive options would be the DPS Perception or the Targa 3000, I don't know if these are still being made. DPS was bought out by Leitch.
The Targ 3000 needs a 64 bit PCI-X motherboard. I'm not sure about the DPS Perception.
Other much more expensive options seem to be available only for Macintosh platforms.
