Adobe Premier Video Editing - Volume Envelopes?

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's a way to create a "volume envelope" in Premier Pro
v7.0. It's probably not called that in the video editing biz, but my audio
editing software has that feature. What I'm trying to do is increase or
decrease audio tracks at specific points in the video. The video in
question, has two audo tracks - the one that was created with the video, and
a music track I added. Probably in video editing this would be considerd
key-framing? No?
