| I a larger image but I would like to reduce it to 11 x 17, I can't seem to
get the dotted out-line to cover the complete image to print. Can this be
reduced to size.?

Select all, hit the scale button, hit the little bulls eye with
option/alt pressed. Type in the dialog box 11 x 17 whatever. Position it
all within your groovy dotted lines.

Is the dotted line he's talking about Page Tiling?
