If I place a PSD into Illustrator (CS / 11.0), Link Information shows
its scale is 100%. If I save the same image in Photoshop as a TIF and
place it into Illustrator, Link Information shows its scale is 24%. Both
are same width and height, same resolution, etc., and they both look the
same size in both Photoshop and Illustrator.

Anyone know why or any more about this?
