Author How to convert PMS colors in gradients to CMYK quickly?

We have a set of illustrations on a page that contain many gradients all constructed with PMS spot colors. How can we quickly convert all of these gradients to CMYK colors instead? The normal "select - same fill color" command will not be of any use here (or if it is, please educate me on how).
