Hi there,
does anyone know of a brush style that looks like a strand of yarn or
something that looks like a fiber texture?

Not sure. But I wonder if you could scan a piece of yarn and create a
brush from that? I'm sure there are alot of people in the group that are
more knowledgeable about creating brushes.
