| Hi
I have problem with Selection Tool (black arrow) because i can't use it to
scaling objects (before I use this tool to scaling...) What I have to do ???
have make default preference ? reset preferences/options?
I will gratefull to You for Your help :)

Use the scale tool, the one with the dotty lines and the small arrow,
sorry no CS2 in the house, but somewhere in the middel of the right hand
side of the Tools

It sounds like you've somehow set the bounding box to hidden.
In the View menu: Show/Hide Bounding Box.
Keyboard command to toggle: Apple- Shift-CMD-B, Windows- Shift-CTRL-B.
