Hey Italian bro

Illustrator is vector, not pixels. Which means: do whatever, resolution
is a not-a-problem thing for vector.

You can do three things:

1. Have the T-shirt in Photoshop, make sure the Illustrator thing is in
theright dimensions (mm's) and then place it as Smart Pixels

2. Place the original T-shirt in Illustrator, and do whatever you want,
export it for web.

3. Wear the T-shirt and do not be ashamed.
