Exist the "Actual Pixel"of Photoshoprespectin into Illustrator CS2?

| I print tshirts and i'm starting to make the auctions for eBay. The grafic
work is a mess :)
Here my problem:
I took photos of the empty tshirts and now i must add the vectorial file
over them.
The problem is that i want to add my illustrations maintaining the size of
them respect the tshirt (so the bidders know exactly what they buy!)
In Photoshop if i go on the Zoom tool > Actual pixel, i have the real size
of the tshirt so i can paste the illustrations easily.
but how can i do if i want to make this in Illustrator?
thank you all!
