Author how to convert to grayscale many objects at once?

I know how to do it with single, but now I have a gradient splitted into
many objects..

Gradients will not convert to grayscale under the Filter - Colors -
Convert to Grayscale menu. You will have to select the colors in the
gradients and make them grayscale.

The other option would be to rasterize the document and convert it.
