How to Resize to exact dimensions?

| I am trying to scale some flag images (vector) to a specific size (e.g.,
30x20px). The files are in .ai and .wmf format. I can't read the files in
Freehand so am trying to use Illustrator.
Is there any way that I can reduce the size of the images to an exact size?
I've been trying but I can only seem to do it by percentages which doesn't
work for me because I need them all the same size and the originals are
different sizes.

| Select all. command+A Go to the Transform palette and enter your
dimensions. If you are maintaining the aspect ratio you need only enter one
dimension and hold down the command key while hitting return. I'd bet the
control key on a PC would substitute for the apple key.

You need the Transform palet (under the Window-menu). Select the flag
and type in your 30x20px. Hit return.
If you want to scale it down in ratio, type in one of the dimensions,
hold down the Cmnd (Control for Windows) key and hit Return.

If you have Illustrator 27, you just speak into the mic
and say "make it the size I want" and it's done automatically.
