For the life of me I can't find this in the manual. What key(s) does one use
to change widows inside Ill

Does anyone else hate that Adobe is so inconsistent in regards to key
commands from program to program. It's totally ridiculous.

Yeah, I usually make sure one of the keys is pressed with my middle finger!
If I can use both, so much the better.
