You will probably need the combination of graphics, Flash
or Fireworks, Quicktime (and, yikes, scripting) to put
together a whole interactive learning experience. I think
calling and asking at lynda.com would be a great starting
place for information.
Another idea, you may find someone with needed skills
along the way who is interested in your project and
may want to collaborate. Who know? :)
