| Hi
First I made a path. When I draw another one, the first one disappeared (It
didn't really disappeared but during drawing the second one I couldn't see
it anymore). What must I do to see always all paths?

you have to give it a 'stroke'

Make sure you have a color assigned to the stroke.
If you're using the pencil tool, after selecting the tool, double click on the
art board to get up the options. Check "keep selected."
