Hi, I need some urgent help!

I've installed the new Illustrator CS at my computer running under Windows 2000 Professional.

The program brake down two minutes after I've start a new file in it. There is the old version installed at the same pc and i work with him without any problems..

Please is there anybody who have similiar problem with CS..!
