Illustrator How do I set/make an item with 'Registraton' color? CMYK and spots?

I can't seem to figure out how to create any page items with the AI built in [Registration] color? Any one know how to do this?

tell application "Illustrator CS"
set NewLine to make new path item in current document with properties {entire path:{{10,10},{10,50}},stroke width:0.5,stroke color:{black:100}}
end tell

I've tried where black is in the sample script using 'Registration' or [Registration], but with no luck. Any advice? Anyone? Or did I just miss something simple in the reference manuals?
