I agree - two rebates IF you are upgrading from an eligible Adobe
product. Amazon is the other rebate.

Note that PE3 is now Mac or Windows specific.

I got my copy yesterday. My first reaction is that it provides for much
better image management. Best images can be flagged and called up as a
group. Keywords can be assigned to allow sorting by subject, date or
whatever.

I did not trash PE2 because I wanted to move some third party plug-ins
to 3.0. The plug-ins work in three - at least mine do.

I also moved a custom layout with no problem.

I'll probably give it a few weeks before moving PE2 to the trash.

I saw 3.0 at Costco tonight for $80.
