| I would say there are two principle programs available... one is called a
'stop watch' and the other is called 'clock', they can both be interfaced
with a third very useful program/invention 'pencil & paper'... the third is
vital in generating a 'log' and you can add up various blocks of time used
for a complete tally! ... I hope this is helpful? kk :o)
