Author I want to monitor my photos for focus.

Is there any way to do this automatically? I
want to check the focus performance of my
camera constantly because I take many photos,
especially of buildings where focus is
important.

Photoshop CS2 has an "Actual Pixel" button
which enlarges the picture up to a fixed
size. What does this mean, and can I use
this "fixed size" to get an idea of focus
performance?

Yes to the latter. You may also find that even percentages, such as 50%
or 25% may be sufficient, depending on total no. of pixels, screen
resolution, etc. Avoid the odd ones, such as 33%.
