Can someone please tell me how to do this?

I'm trying to make the text stand up straight around the outer edge of the
graphic. Now it looks slanted.

Thanks for any help.

George

I have not actually tried with Photoshop, but then I have a vector design
programme in which it is quite easy to do this sort of thing!!
Do you have to use Photoshop?
I think you will find the advice on here is to use a screwdriver for screws
and a hammer for nails!!

I used Photoshop because that's all I have at the moment. But if there's a
vector design program that's good for this logo-related work, can you
recommend one please? I'm far from being a graphic designer but I'd like to
be able to do the basics at least.
