When applying sharpening to an image using the Unsharp mask filter, make
sure you are viewing
your image at 100%.

lower percentage views won't give an accurate view of the sharpening
effect.

To zoom to 100% just double click the the ZOOM tool in the toolbox.

Note: These little tips are mostly for new users as well as those Pro's that
occassionally forget the small things.

For those who have a better way of doing things that I post thats cool too,
you will certainly benefit us all, as well as myself.

I recall how hard it was for me when I first started digital imaging using
Photo Editors. So I do understand alot of the frustrations new users have.

Remember one thing this is a very powerful beast and can't be made overly
simple. If it were it wouldn't be very useful.
Stick with it . . . YOU WILL BE REWARDED!

New users remember this . . .

Find pictures of things YOU like PHOTO EDIT THEM . . . your progress WILL
BE FASTER.

Try all the Programs Bells and Whistles.
You can't hurt the program. EXPERIMENT -
HAVE FUN - YOU WILL LEARN.
