Author CS2 Upgrade disc is missing

Hi, I moved house a year ago and somehow during the move I seem to
have lost my CS2 upgrade disk. I still have the box, the jewel case
and it shows as a purchase on Amazon in my account history and is
registerd at the Adobe site in my name. None of this though is good
enough for Adobe who want the delivered invoice. I bought this when
it first came out and have no chance of finding the invoice. Where
can I download a copy to put onto a disc so I can rebuild my machine?
